Qualifications:
· All culinary positions require journeymen papers or equivalent
· All positions require experience in 4 and 5 Star larger Hotel/ Resort
Properties or similar quality establishments
· A minimum of 2 years experience in same position as applied for
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Good knowledge of English essential
